Enterprise Agreement	Internal use only. Use case descriptor required and reviewed on an annual basis.	Enterprise customers CANNOT share or allow access to GSMA’s data with any third party whether an affiliate, subsidiary or partner. They also must not use the GSMA’s data services to provide further services to external third-party customers.
Permitted Affiliates Agreement	Internal use only. Intended and actual use case(s), as well as the number of affiliates accessing the GSMA’s data, are required and must be reviewed on an annual basis.	Signing customer can share GSMA’s data with pre-approved affiliates companies.
Service Provider Agreement	Intended and actual use case(s) as well as the number of customers accessing the GSMA’s data are required and must be reviewed on an annual basis.	Service provider customers are granted the right to use the GSMA’s data services to provide further services to external third-party customers, they must also never share or allow access to the raw data.
